Our inventory consists of primarily art, antique, vintage, one-of-a-kind, and bespoke items. The condition of our curated selection is carefully considered, but pieces will show signs of age-appropriate wear and character.

RETURN POLICY

Kindly note, all sales are final. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted with receipt on eligible items for store credit less any shipping costs incurred by Art/artefact within 14 days of delivery. *Credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Please send an email to contact@artartefact.com to initiate a return.

We do not charge a restocking fee, however, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval and received in unused and unaltered, original condition. The following items are not eligible for return: Art, Soft Goods, Antiques, Vintage, and Sale items.

We advise returning packages via a reliable carrier with tracking. Art/artefact does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Art/artefact.

With any international returns or exchanges, we are unable to refund any taxes or duties paid for customs.

We value the history of objects and celebrate the visual evidence of patina that comes with pieces of age and provenance. All merchandise is sold in “as is” condition.

We are not able to accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on special order or custom items.

For items damaged in transit

All packaging must remain intact and must be retained by the client and documented for shipping insurance claims. To return an item that arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@artartefact.com.
